Summary: Provide support to customers needing service and repairs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers at the counter with a positive upbeat attitude.
  • Process customer orders, assist customers with parts requests/orders, enter information into Netsuite system, bill out work performed, maintain service log and other departmental records.
  • Diagnose equipment problems and pass them off to the service department.
  • Check-in and test new equipment.
  • Calibrates products.
  • Perform other duties as required.


Requirements and skills:
  • General working knowledge of Windows and computer applications in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Customer order entry in an ERP system
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
