Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot complex installation issues, commission new systems at customer locations
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop software
• Perform Pre and Post Sale Technical Support Training assignments to include but not limited to customers, sales, and internal team members
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations on products to support the sales process
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High School education with related training and or equivalent work experience
• Understand the fundamental design and drafting concepts in the Civil/Survey/Construction industry
• Knowledge of electro-mechanical circuitry - 12volt and 24-volt power on Heavy equipment.
• Comfortable around heavy construction equipment, Hydraulics and Electronics Aptitude in learning Heavy equipment operation
• Troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems will be required.
• Mechanical and Technical abilities required
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Comfortable in a teaching or public speaking environment
• Strong Customer Service and Support focus Intermediate knowledge of computers
• Physically capable of climbing onto large equipment and lift- up to 75 pounds.
• Installs will be outside in the elements (rain, cold, heat) Required Travel, fluctuates depending on business requirements subject to change at any time
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
