This entry-level position is great opportunity for a young accounting star to gain experience at a dynamic, growing business. You will learn under a CPA, getting experience with day-to-day and month-to-month accounting for a medium-sized business while gaining an understanding of the reporting requirements of a global corporation. In this role, you will not be bored: in addition to having your hand in whole accounting operation (not mere data entry!), you will have the opportunity to learn various facets of a growing business, from sales and marketing to product development. Qualifications

• A.S. in Accounting required, B.S. in Accounting preferred
• 0-2 years' experience in an accounting role
• Experience QuickBooks or QuickBooks online not require, but is a bonus
• Excel wizardry not required, but is a bonus

Job Duties

• Support the Director of Accounting with the monthly closing process
• Perform account reconciliations and record journal entries
• Supports the Director of Accounting with internal and external financial reporting requirements
• Daily processing of sales and expense transactions, receipts and payments
• Help manage the CRM software and subscription management software so its accurate and current
• Assist the accounting, sales, and support departments with special projects like implementing new systems, improving existing processes, researching new tools to make operations more efficient, etc.
