For our Agriculture Business Unit, we are looking for a TECHNICAL CONTROL SPECIALIST based in our Madrid Office - Spain

Core Job Duties:

The main task is to assist, collaborate, inspect and improve the incoming goods and shipping processes from the technical department.

• Detect quality and follow up with responsible stakeholders the possible issues in incoming products.
• this position needs to work with Dynamics, Sales Force, Arena, Jira and other software.
• Eliminate weaknesses in the incoming and out-coming process, we adapt the Six Sigma statistics-based methodology.
• Madrid is on an upward trend due to increased product demand and the additional responsibilities of quality assurance and ISO certification that fall on the Madrid quality manager.
• Provides regular input to Product Management and supports development of regional product plan
• Interacts directly with Support, Marketing, Product Management and Sales Operations within TOPCON Madrid office and EMEA region

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture engineering or technical diploma in quality subjects
• Experience within the Precision Farming / Agriculture Industry preferred
• Familiarity with Agriculture products, business concepts, practices, procedures.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in similar role , products management, quality or Assurance field.
• Familiar with multi-national environment preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

• Proven track record and experience similar position
• Excellent written/verbal communication in English language
• English fluent and Spanish language mandatory - mother tongue preferred
• Quality and Assurance knowledge
• Well networked in the Area.
• Sound understanding of Agriculture, Precision Farming and farm machinery industry
• Self-starter - can work fully independently and takes initiatives
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
