POSITION OVERVIEW

The entry-level Associate Analyst will provide support to the Account Management and Professional Services teams. The Associate Analyst will apply advanced Microsoft Excel skills to conduct data analysis and forecasting and create reports for the Account Management and Professional Services teams and assist with scheduling education with clients on behalf of the Clinical Education Services team. The Associate Analyst will also monitor orders and assign resources to projects related to deployments and support of customer installs. The key to success in this role is to identify ways to improve the business performance of the Account Management Professional Services Departments.

OUR TEAM

Our team consists of a cross-functional employees within the account management, implementation and education team that work together to deliver to deliver solutions for supporting our clinical applications. The Associate Analyst will report directly to our VP of Account Management.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

The Associate Analyst will have 1+ years of experience working in a professional business setting. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities. You will asked to maximize utilization of billable colleagues, report on key performance indicators (KPI's) for the business, determine issues and requirements from careful analysis of customer data, support the department with tactical implementation of business systems, and collaborate with other departments to determine common requirements across customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency using Excel, including how to create pie charts, pivot tables, and graphs.
