Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; Information Systems Analyst. This position supports team efforts on the Patuxent River NAS related to information systems operations including: Information Systems (IS) security, administration, and maintaining operating systems related to software.
Essential Job Functions of this Position:
The Information Systems Analyst will utilize their proficiency with IS, PC troubleshooting skills, computer applications knowledge, and problem-solving skills to perform the following functions of the position:
Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems/Technology and at least three (3) years of experience in supporting Local Area Network/Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN) systems is required. A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as information technology is desired. Must have knowledge of hardware and software installation, testing and operation and knowledge of application of computer software for automating highly diverse agency/organization activities. A DoD 8670.1M IAT level II certification is desired (CCNA-Security, GSEC, or Security+ CE).
Should have an active Top-Secret Clearance or active Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility may be considered for otherwise well qualified candidates.

Essential Job Functions of this Position:

- Maintain multiple Information Systems
- Assist in shipping and receiving of IT assets
- Assist with deployment of IT equipment
- Digitalize all user account requests
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
- Schedule VTCs
- Create, modify, and disable accounts
- Conduct password resets
- Unlock user accounts
- Monitor Help Desk tickets
- Support COMSEC maintenance
