Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; Junior Program Analyst. This position supports the PMA-266 Ship Integration Team in Patuxent River, MD.
Essential Job Functions of this Position:
The Junior Program Analyst will support the PMA-266 Ship Integration Team and perform the following tasks:
Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of general experience in a program management, technical, or business analysis discipline. Must have experience with the Defense Travel System. Experience should include the collection, completion, organization, and interpretation of technical data and financial information relating to acquisition and production programs. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with DoD acquisition process is strongly desired.
Must have an active Secret Security clearance.

Essential Job Functions of this Position:
The Junior Program Analyst will support the PMA-266 Ship Integration Team and perform the following tasks:
- Collect, organize and interpret team inputs relating to program schedule and system technical requirements.
- Track due dates and completion status of Integrated Product Team (IPT) Request for Information (RFI) deliverables to external stakeholders.
- Utilize NAVAIR and DoD enterprise management tools (Procurement Management Tool, Defense Travel System, Common Spend Plan Tool) in support of IPT operations.
- Draft and edit documents for distribution to external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, record meeting minutes, and maintain action items trackers.
