Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our team; Executive Assistant. This highly visible position will serve as leadership's trusted professional and is a fully integrated, key member of the PMA-266 Program Office.
Essential Job Functions of this Position:
Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
At minimum, a High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of experience are required. Along with relevant experience, the most important attribute will be a drive and desire to actively contribute to a high performing team. Candidate should have experience with Defense Travel System (DTS), JPAS, BASICS II, as well as a proficiency with the MS Office Suite. Should also be an excellent communicator, have the ability to work independently and be highly organized. Formal education and/or experience will determine the seniority of the position.
The preferred candidate will possess an active SECRET clearance.

Essential Job Functions of this Position:
- Provides organization to the Executive Team
- Supports the travel needs of the Operations Team, and IPT as needed
- Proactively manages the Executive Team's travel
- Uses outstanding communication skills to accomplish routine tasks
- Provides expertise in using MS Products
- Schedules and manages Microsoft Outlook calendars
- Creates and maintains office files
- Carries out recurring office procedures independently
