Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; Front Desk Administrator. The Front Desk Administrator is an integral part of the Operations Team and serves as the focal point for all visitors entering the work space. The Front Desk Administrator helps to maintain a positive work environment and provides proactive customer service on a full-time basis. Must have an active Secret security clearance and be able to work during the core hours of 10am-6pm.
Essential Job Functions of this Position:
The Front Desk Administrator manages the front desk of the PMA to include:
Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience: High school diploma or GED and at least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience performing administrative tasks.

Essential Job Functions of this Position:
The Front Desk Administrator manages the front desk of the PMA to include:
- Checking in visitors
- Answering and routing incoming telephone calls
- Verifying security clearances
- Escorts visitors in classified spaces
- Assists in coordinating PMA sponsored events
- Updates documents and other administrative tasks
Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience: High school diploma or GED and at least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience performing administrative tasks.
- Must have an Active Secret security clearance
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Must have excellent time management, scheduling and organizational skills.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interface with all levels of management
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
