Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; Corporate Events and Facilities Liaison. This position supports our Corporate office in Lexington Park, MD and is responsible for corporate communications to include informing and engaging our employees on corporate initiatives and providing internal communications strategy and support.
Essential Job Functions of this Position:
The Corporate Events and Facilities Liaison will be responsible for multi-tasking on several projects simultaneously, while taking initiative and thinking creatively. He/She will work with our internal staff to strengthen our communications efforts that inspire internal enthusiasm, employee engagement, and community support. Specific responsibilities will include:

Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is desired and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant, related experience is required. He/She must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and have prior event planning experience. Must also have superior time management skills, be self-motivated with a positive and professional approach and have the demonstrated ability to multi-task. He/She should also have the ability to think innovatively and creatively. Must have strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products. Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus.

Community Outreach:
- Coordinate participation in charity and other community events
- Maintain Community and Professional Memberships
- Maintain stock of Ausley branded material for giveaways and events
- Manage Ausley's social media content to include advertising open positions and Ausley events in the community
Corporate Morale:
- Work with vendors and employees to coordinate company events including annual dinner, patio parties, business luncheons, etc.
- Assist in creating and managing Administrative Employee Service Awards, Recognition and Employee Appreciation programs
- Manage company store offerings
- Issue company announcement and invitations as required
Management of Corporate Facilities:
- Manage receptionists/access control activities in coordination with Ausley's Security team
- Maintain office supplies
- Oversee workmanship of contracted cleaning crew
- Interface with property owner as issues arise
- Manage occasional acquisition and repair of furniture and fixtures
Additional tasks as needed to include:
- Business card acquisition
- Expense report support for senior executives
- Manage logistics for trade show activities including corporate registration and shipping of materials.
