Senior Virtualization Engineer/NSX Network Engineer (Secret Clearance Required)
Location: Charleston, SC (Onsite Monday-Thursday)
Travel: Weekly travel to Charleston, SC (Monday-Thursday) available for out-of-state candidates
Salary: 140-160K
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled NSX Network Engineer with expertise in NSX Data Center for vSphere (NSX-V) to support a proof of concept (PoC) and ongoing NSX infrastructure operations in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have strong networking expertise and play a key role in deploying and optimizing NSX-T solutions, with potential adjustments based on architectural discussions with the customer.

- Support and maintain NSX infrastructure for a proof-of-concept deployment.
- Provide technical expertise on NSX Data Center for vSphere (NSX-V) and ensure optimal networking performance.
- Work closely with architects and stakeholders to align the solution with customer requirements.
- Assist in potential adjustments to the NSX-T install based on evolving project needs.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met within the NSX environment.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance (mandatory)
- Certifications:
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP) (Required)
- CompTIA Security+ (Required)
- Extensive networking experience, particularly with NSX technologies
- Strong understanding of network security, virtualization, and software-defined networking (SDN)
- Ability to travel to Charleston, SC weekly (Monday-Thursday)
