Job Title: Systems Implementation Analyst

Reports To: SrManager, Configuration Management

SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, self-starting individual to become part of the Configuration Management Team. The successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as contribute to team efforts through collaboration and knowledge sharing. The position requires a seasoned support services person that is proficient at communicating with account representatives to achieve results and meet common project goals. The successful candidate must also thrive in a fast paced, changing environment. Salary for this role is starting at $52,000.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage Salesforce queue to ensure proper documentation is completed and submitted for all new requests.
  • Configure scheduling and registration systems, test centre's, eligibility systems, results management systems online applications to support Web registration and file transfer protocol (FTP) for multiple environments.
  • Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers.
  • Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
  • Adhere to departmental SLAs for completion of system configurations.
  • Contribute ongoing insight and communication of lessons learned to Configuration Management Team and account representatives.
  • Troubleshooting \Problem solving skills and Critical thinking.
  • Manage individual team projects towards completion, working to meet team goals and commitments with consistency and quality.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 3 years support services experience.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and prioritize tasks to meet critical and sometimes changing deadlines.
  • Troubleshooting \Problem solving skills and Critical thinking.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Third level degree or equivalent experience Software Support or Management.
  • Background in education/testing industry.
  • Experience in program management.
  • Experience with a contact center application.
  • Proven adaptability to evolving software solutions.
