Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; Acquisition Specialist. This position will be supporting a NAVAIR Program Office Acquisition/Procurement team at Patuxent River, NAS.
Essential Job Functions of this Position:
The Acquisition Specialist will interface with various members of the PMA staff to review, generate and route Acquisition and Procurement Documents. Candidate will support the PMA Acquisition Oversight Council and attend Program Management reviews.
Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of six (6) years of weapon system acquisition, procurement, logistics or configuration management is required. Associates degree and ten (10) years OR high school diploma/GED and fourteen (14) years of experience may substitute in lieu of the bachelor's degree requirement. Experience with NERP and PMT is a plus.
