Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for the newest member of our premier team; In-Service Program Analyst located in Patuxent River, MD.
Essential Job Functions of this Position:
This position provides acquisition and management support to the In-Service Program Manager and Integrated Production Team (IPT). The IPT responds to Fleet needs and introduces new and legacy capability to East and West Coast squadrons. The primary support required includes contract planning and management, strong inter- and intra-team communication skills, resource planning, and acquisition and logistics support for UAV platforms.

Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline and at least four (4) years of experience supporting major weapon system development and acquisition in program management, technical or business analysis discipline is required. An Associate's degree and eight (8) years or High School diploma and sixteen (16) years of experience may substitute in lieu of the degree requirement. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and commensurate written and verbal communication skills are required.
Must have an active Secret clearance.

Additional Responsibilities will include:
- Provide acquisition and program management support for an ACAT 1 DoD Weapon System
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and managing program requirements
- Manage, track, and update the Procurement Management Tool (PMT)
- Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to acquisition and product programs
- Understand and track program/project status and schedules
- Contribute to the development of Statements of Work (SOW) and the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)
- Draft and consolidate routine correspondence, including managing and publishing the team's inputs into the Weekly Activity Report (WAR), supporting the team at weekly contract planning meetings, and tracking and managing all outstanding contract actions and related issues
- Support team travel planning using the Defense Travel System (DTS)
