Ausley Associates is pleased to recruit for an upcoming need on our premier team; Cost Analyst III. This position is contingent and located in Ft. Belvoir, VA.

The Cost Analyst III will perform duties as identified below.
Qualifications - Education and Relevant Years of Experience
Master's degree in Business Administration (Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics) and ten (10) years relevant experience required. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of the Master's degree requirement. Must be proficient in ACEIT.
Must have an active Secret security clearance.

Essential Job Functions of this Position:
The Cost Analyst III will perform duties as identified below.
- Provides subject matter expertise in managing and executing the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software
- Provides initial planning documents, program & schedule breakdown structures, budget requirement analyses, and earned value guidance to program/Product Directors and integrated product teams
- Provides support during review of contractor proposal submittals, including review of submitted hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs and general review of the contractor's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Prepares Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)
