Position Overview

The Marketing Communications Manager role is to increase the reach and impact of The Results Companies profile and visibility through the delivery of high value and influential marketing and communications in the US and internationally, thereby significantly contributing to the development of new program partnerships. To achieve this, you will work with the various departmental teams, developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy across a range of reactive and strategically planned opportunities in social media, events and online. You will manage a small marketing/communications team across multiple programs and locations, motivating and supporting staff to deliver high quality work and will have an active role in implementing marketing and communication activities both internal & external.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches to help market and position The Results Companies to attract clients and talent.
• Design and develop creative communication and marketing products - presentations, white papers, digital marketing etc. that will maximize The Results Companies message, support program objectives and contribute to the overall company success.
• Plan and implement direct marketing approaches including targeting, personalization of messages and measurability; data analysis, customer profiling and segmentation
• Develop a digital strategy in conjunction with the Corporate Executive team team which includes social media and marketing campaigns
• Develop a cohesive web strategy including updating the company websites and develop processes to keep all websites and social media sites up to date.
• Ensure the brand meets expectations through monitoring marketing trends and partner feedback.
• Manage the Marketing & Communications budget and ensure program milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget.
• Contribute to and strengthen the corporate library of white papers, business cases, ibooks and articles to ensure robust and creative marketing and communication considerations are being utilized.
• Act as the first point of contact for Executives and Department Leads with regard to all corporate external/ internal communications.
• Providing support with conference and meeting presentations.
• Inspire, motivate and manage staff so that they are thinking and acting at their best, delivering high quality work, working as an effective team and meeting organizational and individual objectives.
• Support the professional development of the team to continuously develop skills and expertise and support career development aspirations.
• Any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required from time to time.
• This role is full-time, based in our Corporate office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or other business-related degree.
• 5+ years in a Marketing & Communications role involved with all aspects of Internal & External Corporate Marketing Communications, Social Media campaigns and client events & presentations.
• 2+ years of management experience in Marketing/ Communications role working with both traditional and digital marketing communications processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Effectively lead marketing team and campaigns, including analyze marketing trends and make cost-saving decisions.
• Clearly convey concepts to creative and production team members, as well agency partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of how to use marketing tools and techniques to increase the visibility, profile and reputation of the organization
• Strategic and creative thinker with proven experience of working on diverse and wide-ranging communication strategies including all forms of media.
• Strong management and leadership skills demonstrated by evidence of leading high performing teams that contribute to organizational objectives and show resilience in the face of changing priorities
• Experience developing and managing strong and complex relationships within a matrix organization as part of a centralized function and externally with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills
• Proficient in the use of IT Systems including Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as editing
• The ability to multi-task in a complex and demanding environment
• The ability to build and maintain highly effective working relationships with a range of people (both internally and externally).
• Strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills
• A commitment to team-work
• Enthusiastic, diplomatic and calm under pressure
